Ordering & Shipping
Because we have a unique relationship with our clientele, we review your order and your choices. We will email you if we think you ordered the wrong thing. For instance, sometimes our clients order 2 items thinking they will work together, when we know they will not. Sometimes we get a new item that is better, and less money, than the item you ordered, but it’s not yet on the website. And sometimes, we are out of stock in an item in your specified color or size.
In any of these cases, we will email you. Sometimes it’s easier to talk to us on the phone, so if you want us to call you to discuss your order, shoot us an email back. If we have to leave a message on your machine, or with another person in your home, we will say, “This is Max, (or another sales associate,) calling from Provincetown.” We will not say the name of the store.
Standard Shipping can take up to 5 business days in the lower 48 States depending on destination.
Expedited shipping is guaranteed to be delivered 1 business day after order is placed. (Exceptions of weekends, holidays, see processing below)
We usually process orders within 24 hours after order is placed depending on day and time. If order is placed on a weekend or after 12 noon PST on a Friday then order processing will not happen until Monday morning. We ship M-F. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard and Expedited shipping can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses.
If one of your items is back-ordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra.
Unlike all other stores of our type, we do accept returns of defective or broken items.
